User Data Deletion
GrayHire allows users to sign in using third-party authentication providers including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and GitHub. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.
What Data We Delete
When you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
- Authentication tokens and login history
- Email preferences and newsletter subscriptions
- Any saved preferences or settings
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please email us at:
Please include in your request:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Which sign-in method you used (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, or email)
- A statement requesting data deletion
Processing Time
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Note: Deleting your GrayHire data does not delete your account with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub. To revoke GrayHire's access to your social account, visit that provider's app permissions settings.
